I delivered a keynote address as a Mental Health Keynote Speaker in Singapore at 𝗣𝗖𝗠𝗔—the Professional Convention Management Association, a global leader in business events and strategic conference planning. Their dedication to driving innovation in the events industry sets the bar worldwide.
The event was an unforgettable blend of cultural immersion and hands-on experiences. Attendees were invited to try a “wild pepper leaf” with natural ingredients and “happiness fruits” scientifically proven to boost mood. We even enjoyed a nourishing, healthy shake, fueling a day of creativity and fresh thinking.
A special thank you to 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝘂𝗮𝗵, Head of Business Development, whose dynamic introduction brought so much energy to the room.
I started my keynote with an eye-opening question: “Join me for a funeral.” The room was instantly curious, and when I shared the deeper meaning behind this provocative statement, it sparked a robust conversation. It was the perfect start to challenge old perspectives, break free from conventional thinking, and open minds to new possibilities.
One of the highlights was drawing inspiration from 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗶’s iconic artwork of Jay Chou created from coffee cups, a stunning example of pushing creative boundaries. This seamlessly tied into the core theme of 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀—training our minds just as athletes train their bodies to perform at their best.
The energy from the audience was incredible, and there was enthusiastic participation throughout. Seeing how bold ideas, cultural experiences, and creativity can spark personal and professional growth was genuinely inspiring.
A heartfelt thank you to PCMA and regards to everyone who attended this session. Let’s continue embracing innovation, pushing boundaries, and keeping our minds fit for the future!
